Sweets & Snacks are frequently “ON-THE-GO” products. They are bought spontaneously and frequently eaten on the go. The convenience aspect plays the crucial role in this. But not just the look of the packaging is important. In the meantime, the customers’ awareness of sustainability has changed decisively: 70% have already foregone a purchase at least once because the packaging was not sustainable.  Every fifth German citizen (19.3%) puts the products back on the shelf for this reason. (German Packaging Institute, 2019).

We are fulfilling the requirement for more sustainability with Maag I pro-tect. Depending on the application, we specify the ideal composition.
